SOAP Note AI already served thousands of clinicians on the web, turning sessions into structured, HIPAA-compliant notes.
But it had no native iOS presence, and its authentication was built for a browser redirect, not a phone. The challenge was shipping a true native app that preserved every user's account, subscription, and note history — without it ever feeling like a website wrapped in a shell.
